Change signifies movement and people are usually resistant to movement resulting in change because they may not always know what a better future state looks like, be able to articulate it or even know how to get there. People may also think there is no great motivation to change as its just too hard to do. Daniel Szuc will make us think about the role of the Designer to help with change?
